Despite challenging global conditions, cloud platform ISMS.online has gone from strength to strength throughout 2020. Earlier this year it celebrated a milestone of 250 customers from across the globe, all benefiting from its unique information security SaaS platform and service wrap.
It also enjoyed two operational growth spurts during 2020. In April, the organisation transitioned into an accelerated growth stage, increasing its staff headcount by 77% in the process. A second growth period in recent weeks has seen another round of intensive recruitment with the number of staff increasing by a further 48%.
ISMS.online set to emerge a leading player
Both hiring drives reflect investor confidence in the business model and growing product demand, as well as the organisation’s ambition to remain highly competitive and customer-focused. Post Covid-19, ISMS.online plans to emerge a leading player in the promotion of new and more effective ways of working.
The tactical expansion of ISMS.online’s operations was informed by its customer acquisition and retention strategy. First up, marketing. Continuing its mission to be a marketing-led business, this team has expanded to accommodate further conversion and outbound activity, and support the organisation’s focus on working with partners to achieve increased penetration into global markets.
The responsibility for delivering continued excellence in customer service and retention is shared by two teams that holistically accommodate the onboarding and continued support of customers and partners. The newly formed Services Development and Delivery (SDD) team complements the existing Customer Success team, which has itself expanded in recent weeks to accommodate the organisations continued growth in both partners and customers.
