The tactical expansion of’s operations was informed by its customer acquisition and retention strategy. First up, marketing. Continuing its mission to be a marketing-led business, this team has expanded to accommodate further conversion and outbound activity, and support the organisation’s focus on working with partners to achieve increased penetration into global markets.

The responsibility for delivering continued excellence in customer service and retention is shared by two teams that holistically accommodate the onboarding and continued support of customers and partners. The newly formed Services Development and Delivery (SDD) team complements the existing Customer Success team, which has itself expanded in recent weeks to accommodate the organisations continued growth in both partners and customers.
