Galloways Accounting has continued its investment in growth by acquiring DA Clark, a Sussex based accountancy firm.
Operating since 1986, DA Clark & Co Ltd was founded by David Clark whose daughter Sarah McManus subsequently joined as director. As a prominent fixture for over 25 years within the Horsham business community, DA Clark is an exciting addition to the Galloways family, bringing vast experience and expertise across a team of over 25 accounting professionals, and complementing the services that Galloways now offers across its four offices.
The business will continue to operate as normal, with Sarah managing the office and the growing client base. Being part of the larger Galloways family will allow the business to benefit from extra investment in growth along with the network of services and specialist skills across the Group.
This latest acquisition follows Maitland Limited, who were acquired by Galloways in December 2019.
